Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are answered by a recorded line. Messages are recorded and transcribed so we can return the call and pass your request to a local crew. California is an all-party consent state, so the recording notice plays before the message begins. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, match you with a local wall crew, and send any follow-up related to that request. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to make the match (for example, the local crew matched to your job).

Analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data, and they do not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
